1. Who we are

Tail Warmers is a trading name of Shimrach Properties Ltd, company number 13906055, registered at 26 Armoury Road, Selby YO8 4AY, United Kingdom. Contact: tail@tailwarmers.com. By ordering from this website you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-order goods

Our products are made to order. Production starts after you place your order, so delivery times include production time as well as shipping. Please see our Shipping policy and Refund policy for delivery and returns information.

3. Personalised goods

Where you order personalised items, they are made to your specification. You are responsible for checking the text, images and details you submit before ordering. Personalised goods are made specially for you and, as allowed by law, may not be eligible for cancellation or change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details.

5. Age requirement

You must be 18 or over to purchase from this website.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images, text and logos on this website are owned by or licensed to Shimrach Properties Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, and as far as UK law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your home country.
